We carefully check each order product and put the right product into the package.
If we find any defective products during the product inspection, we will replce them from factory.
If the goods are fragile valuables, we will carefully wrap them with bubble bags to reduce damage during transportation.
If your customer find product defects in 7 days after receive the goods, we will send you a replacement or compensate you.
How We Inspect Your Products
General Inspection
- Your goods will be sent to our warehouse and checked with our free general inspection service. We check your products based on Level Ⅱ, AQL2.5 , just as other inspection companies do.
- If the goods are found to be damaged during inspection, we will return them to the factory for exchange. If the quality inspection finds that the product does not match the image, we will verify the real product pictures with you.
Full Inspection
- If you want to reduce the defect rate to 0%, we highly recommend you use our full inspection service. We will check the product quality one by one. The standard labor fee is $5/hour. You can tell our agent what your needs are and get a quote for the full inspection.
