Choosing a supplier from a page full of logos is a bit like hiring a driver by looking at parked cars. Everything seems tidy while nothing is moving. The useful evidence appears when an order has the wrong color, tracking stops, or stock runs out on Friday night.
This guide compares 25 China-based or China-sourcing options. Some are private agents. Some are marketplaces with thousands of independent sellers. Others are wholesalers, print-on-demand companies, or 3PL warehouses. Those jobs are not interchangeable, so we will not toss them into one bucket and call the first logo a winner.
If you need the complete process before comparing names, start with the full guide to dropshipping from China. Here, the job is narrower: find two or three providers worth sampling and testing.
Disclosure: FriendDropshipping publishes this article and is placed third in the list. The same questions about quotes, samples, legal identity, quality, shipping, and remedies should be asked of FriendDropshipping and every competitor below.
How We Chose These Chinese Dropshipping Suppliers
“Best” needs a job attached to it. AliExpress may be useful for testing one generic item. It is a poor substitute for a factory development project. A private agent can coordinate three factories and one packaging printer, but that extra help may be unnecessary for a store with no sales.

We reviewed each option by its public service information available on August 22, 2026. We looked for:
-
An accurate business role
-
Product sourcing or catalog access
-
Single-order, inventory, or MOQ requirements
-
Quality-control and branding options
-
Store integrations and order handling
-
Warehouse and shipping model
-
Cost visibility
-
Returns, claims, support, and operational limitations
This is editorial research, not a claim that we placed anonymous orders with all 25 providers. Shipping windows, warehouses, apps, prices, and policies change. A provider’s website tells you what it offers. A paid sample and live pilot tell you how that offer works for your SKU and destination.
Also, “China supplier” is used broadly in search. A marketplace is not the factory behind every listing. An agent may buy from several factories. A 3PL may never source the product at all. We label those differences because, well, they matter when something breaks.
Supplier, Marketplace, Agent, or 3PL?

Marketplace or B2B directory
Alibaba, AliExpress, 1688, DHgate, Made-in-China, and Global Sources help buyers discover sellers. The platform may provide messaging, payment, or verification features, but the actual product, stock, and service still depend on the individual company.
Dropshipping agent or managed provider
An agent can search Chinese marketplaces and factories, purchase goods, receive them in a warehouse, inspect them, apply packaging, and ship customer orders. This model becomes useful when the store needs one owner for several handoffs.
Wholesaler or niche catalog
A wholesaler controls a narrower catalog than an open marketplace. It may support dropshipping, bulk orders, or both. Niche specialists can be helpful when category knowledge matters, such as electronics, fashion, or print on demand.
China 3PL
A 3PL receives inventory you already own, then stores, picks, packs, and ships it. Some 3PLs add sourcing. Others do not. This is usually a better fit after demand becomes predictable.
Software such as DSers or AutoDS can route orders and synchronize listings, but software is not the underlying product supplier. Temu and Shein can reveal product trends, yet they are not standard blind-dropshipping systems. We left those names outside the main ranking instead of stretching the definition until it means nothing.

The table is a shortlist, not a substitute for current quotes. “No MOQ” on a catalog item does not mean a factory will make a custom mold, formula, or printed box one at a time.
Best China Dropshipping Agents and Managed Fulfillment Providers
1. CJdropshipping
Best for: sellers who want catalog browsing, sourcing requests, store connections, order sync, and optional inventory in one system.

CJ combines catalog discovery, sourcing, integrations, packaging, POD, inventory, and fulfillment. Evaluate the exact product and route: a local-stock SKU is different from an item purchased after each order. Confirm processing time, warehouse, QC, and after-sales rules.
2. HyperSKU
Best for: growing stores that want managed sourcing, branding, fulfillment, and automated store connections.

HyperSKU lists sourcing, sampling, warehousing, POD, branding, inventory tools, exception alerts, and several store integrations. Ask which features apply to your account, SKU, and volume. Published delivery ranges are provider claims, not a promise for every product or destination.
3. FriendDropshipping
Best for: stores that want one China-side contact for sourcing, receiving, QC, packaging, inventory, and international fulfillment.

FriendDropshipping is a private agent rather than a fixed catalog. It can work from a link, photo, specification, or several factory items that must become one bundle. Because you are reading its website, compare it independently: request an itemized quote, paid sample, warehouse evidence, route test, and written remedies.
4. NicheDropshipping
Best for: private-label products and stores ready to coordinate samples, production, QC, inventory, and fulfillment.

NicheDropshipping describes an agent-led workflow covering development, samples, production follow-up, inspection, inventory, and shipping. Separate simple labels from custom products: materials and molds can require larger MOQs and longer lead times. Record each MOQ, file or mold ownership, and defect remedy. Map the custom packaging workflow to each SKU before launch.
5. EPROLO
Best for: low-commitment catalog testing, print on demand, and entry-level fashion branding.

EPROLO combines catalog sourcing, fulfillment, POD, branding, and multiple integrations. Read category rules carefully: no MOQ for selected clothing or POD does not mean every custom product has no MOQ. Test the blank, print, packing, and route.
6. Wiio
Best for: sellers who prefer a human sourcing conversation over browsing only a public catalog.

Wiio takes product requests, quotes, connects orders, purchases, and ships. Its public information is less easy to compare than some catalogs, so request the fee model, warehouse, integrations, QC evidence, route quote, claims policy, and named support owner.
7. SourcinBox
Best for: custom sourcing, private products, packaging, and automated fulfillment with agent support.

SourcinBox lists sourcing, warehousing, inspection, private labeling, fulfillment, order sync, and tracking updates. Test the exceptions: a disconnected SKU, changed address, lost parcel, or defective batch. That is where an agent earns the name.
8. Sup Dropshipping
Best for: finding products across Chinese marketplaces, taking a test order, then connecting fulfillment.

Sup supports image search across Chinese marketplaces, single-piece or bulk buying, inspection, packaging, POD, and order sync. Its guide warns that imported information and shipping prices can change after review. Confirm the variant, weight, packing, and delivered cost before setting your retail price.
9. Dropshipman
Best for: Shopify and US TikTok Shop sellers who want product import, sourcing, fulfillment, and tracking in one interface.
Dropshipman combines AliExpress importing with sourcing and fulfillment. Software can move data; it cannot improve a weak product. Sample the item, verify the route, test inventory sync, and confirm support for your sales-channel country.
10. Fulfillman
Best for: managed China sourcing, branding, product photography, and fulfillment across several ecommerce channels.

Fulfillman offers sourcing, dropshipping, FBA preparation, crowdfunding fulfillment, branding, photography, and shipping. Since much is quote-based, request separate charges for samples, QC, receiving, storage, pick/pack, packaging, postage, returns, and project work.
11. BSDropshipping
Best for: Shopify brands seeking China sourcing, private labeling, packaging, and automated fulfillment.

BSDropshipping presents product sourcing, Shopify integration, China warehouses, order tracking, creative services, and category-specific fulfillment. Its site promotes no-MOQ branding, but customization conditions can differ by product and material. Treat scale, speed, price, and no-MOQ statements as provider claims; verify them through an itemized quote, sample, and pilot.
12. NextSmartShip
Best for: brands that own inventory and want China, local, or hybrid fulfillment.

NextSmartShip is primarily a 3PL. You send inventory, then it handles storage, pick/pack, kitting, inventory management, and shipping. That fits stable products better than a first zero-inventory test.
Compare China 3PL providers and their service models before committing. Confirm receiving rules, storage period, dimensional billing, order minimums, return processing, insurance, and the cost of removing inventory if you leave.
Best Chinese Marketplaces and B2B Supplier Directories
13. Alibaba.com
Best for: finding export-ready factories and trading companies for customization, private label, and volume purchasing.

Alibaba contains independent suppliers. Buyers can send RFQs, request samples, negotiate specifications, and create protected orders. Many factories prefer batches sent to an agent or 3PL. Use badges as filters, match the legal company to payment documents, and put quality and shipment terms inside the protected order.
14. AliExpress
Best for: buying one unit and validating a generic product with little inventory risk.

AliExpress supports consumer-sized orders across a huge catalog. Sellers may be factories, traders, or resellers, and stock counters may not show physical inventory. Ask about blind shipping, processing, invoices, stock location, and version changes. Move a proven SKU when inconsistency costs more than convenience.
15. 1688.com
Best for: searching China’s domestic wholesale market when you have Chinese-language and local receiving support.

1688 reveals domestic supply beyond export-facing catalogs. The screen price is only layer one: add domestic freight, agent work, receiving, inspection, returns, packing, and export. Many sellers do not handle Shopify orders or overseas returns, so you need that operating bridge.
16. DHgate
Best for: small wholesale lots and product discovery in categories with many independent sellers.

DHgate combines retail-sized and B2B purchasing. Check recent product feedback, current photos, exact models, and intellectual-property rights. A dispute process helps, but avoiding a bad order beats winning an argument later.
17. Made-in-China.com
Best for: manufacturer discovery, machinery, components, electronics, home products, and other structured B2B sourcing.

Made-in-China helps buyers compare manufacturers against a known specification. Audits narrow the field but cannot prove your order. Check the report scope, sample the exact product, and confirm whether the company supports consumer fulfillment or only bulk production.
18. Global Sources
Best for: export-oriented supplier discovery, trade shows, and categories where face-to-face sourcing helps.

Global Sources connects buyers with export suppliers online and at events. Ask about MOQ, samples, customization, lead time, and whether the exhibitor is the contracting manufacturer. A busy booth is not a QC plan.
For small commodities and multi-vendor consolidation, a Yiwu dropshipping and sourcing company can provide another route beyond online directories.
Best Chinese Wholesalers and Niche Dropshipping Suppliers
19. Banggood
Best for: testing electronics, tools, RC hobbies, outdoor items, and household gadgets from a defined catalog.

Banggood is a retailer/wholesaler, not a factory directory. Confirm program eligibility, dispatch warehouse, warranty, battery route, invoice, stock updates, and return address. Identical-looking electronics can use different components.
20. Fulfido
Best for: sellers choosing among in-stock catalog dropshipping, supplier RFQs, POD branding, and inventory fulfillment.

Fulfido presents catalog products held in its warehouse, sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers, photo-based receiving records, Shopify/CSV/API order input, POD branding, and tracked fulfillment. It is a newer provider, so published processing, delivery, storage, and pricing figures need direct confirmation. Test one product, inspect the billing detail, and run a small live-order pilot before scaling.
21. Chinavasion
Best for: consumer electronics, security products, accessories, and gadget catalogs.

Chinavasion focuses on electronics wholesale and dropshipping. For each model, confirm voltage, plug, radio functions, battery, accessories, warranty, route restrictions, and test documents. A similar model’s report does not cover yours.
22. SUNSKY
Best for: phone cases, screens, repair parts, cables, cameras, and electronics accessories.

SUNSKY offers a large wholesale and dropship catalog. Confirm device model, region, connector, current revision, packaging, and warranty. For repair parts, agree on dead-on-arrival testing and claim evidence.
23. FondMart
Best for: fashion stores seeking a broad apparel catalog, product sourcing, or brand additions.

FondMart focuses on clothing catalogs, sourcing, labels, and packaging. Sample fabric and construction, build your own measured size chart, check restocks, and define remedies for wrong, damaged, or visibly different garments.
24. Yoycol
Best for: all-over-print apparel and a wide POD catalog.
Yoycol makes designed products per order. Sample dark and light artwork, wash the garment, and check seams, print placement, color, fabric, labels, packing, production, and delivery. A mockup cannot reveal sleeve alignment.
25. PrintKK
Best for: testing customized apparel, accessories, home items, and other POD products.

PrintKK offers a broad custom-product catalog and fulfillment. Production can differ by item, so verify the blank, print area, color profile, personalization flow, reprint policy, packing, and route. Keep an approved sample.

Imagine a store selling travel cable pouches. At ten uncertain orders, a marketplace seller may be enough. At 100 weekly orders, reserving stock with an agent can remove procurement delay. When the pouch, custom insert, and cable set come from three factories, a China warehouse becomes the assembly point. If 80% of orders later go to Germany, a small EU stock pilot may finally make sense.
Do not move every SKU because one ad had a heroic weekend. Use repeat demand, replenishment time, margin, and return data.
How to Verify Any Supplier Before Sending Real Orders

1. Send the same requirement brief
Give every candidate the same product material, dimensions, functions, colors, packaging, target markets, forecast, test quantity, branding needs, integration, and shipping request. A photo and “best price?” will produce quotes for different products.
2. Check the legal and payment identity
Request the Chinese business license and Unified Social Credit Code. Search the company through China’s official National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. Match the Chinese legal name to the contract, invoice, marketplace account, and payment beneficiary.
An export affiliate or separate warehouse can be legitimate. It needs a written explanation. A last-minute personal bank account deserves a pause, not optimism.
3. Order a paid sample through the real route
Check material, dimensions, function, smell, color, logo, packaging, and packed weight. Then measure acceptance, dispatch, first carrier scan, tracking, delivery, and support response. One parcel is a clue, so use several target addresses when expected volume justifies the cost.
4. Define quality and substitutions
Approve a golden sample and write measurable tolerances. Classify critical, major, and minor defects. State that the supplier cannot switch material, component, factory, or product version without approval.
Sampling inspection may use ISO 2859-1:2026, which provides AQL-indexed schemes for lot-by-lot inspection by attributes. AQL is not a quality promise. High-risk features may need product testing or full checks. Build the SKU’s real failure modes into a China product quality-control process.
5. Run a limited pilot
Score quote accuracy, product match, physical stock, dispatch, first scan, delivery distribution, defects, communication, and remedies. The supplier’s response to one mistake may teach you more than 30 cheerful presale messages.

Compare Landed Cost, Shipping, and After-Sales Terms
The lowest product quote is sometimes the expensive option wearing a cheap hat.
Variable landed cost = product + China domestic freight + receiving/QC + packaging + pick/pack + international shipping + duties/taxes + payment cost + expected refunds and reships
Ask candidates to quote the same layers. This Shopify fulfillment cost breakdown explains why storage, receiving, packaging, and exception costs cannot be buried inside “shipping.”
Separate processing from transit
Total customer wait includes supplier procurement, domestic inbound, warehouse receiving, QC, packing, carrier handoff, export, import clearance, and last mile. A faster airline cannot repair five days waiting for a missing blue variant.

Compare international shipping solutions by product, packed weight, destination, route, tracking, customs responsibility, and recent performance. Track the median and late tail, not one lucky parcel. When volume grows, audit the delay before paying for a faster label; this guide explains how to reduce dropshipping shipping time stage by stage.
Put DDP or DAP in context
The ICC’s Incoterms reference explains the division of cost, risk, and customs obligations. Under DDP, the seller generally handles export and import clearance and duties to the named destination. Under DAP, import clearance and duties generally sit with the buyer. Write the named place and current scope. “Tax included” in chat is rather thin paperwork.
US Customs and Border Protection states that duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value shipments from all countries was suspended effective August 29, 2025, subject to current provisions and exceptions. Check current CBP low-value import guidance and use a customs professional when exposure is material. Do not copy a universal tariff percentage from a supplier list.
Decide failures before they happen
Write rules for wrong items, defects, loss, late dispatch, customs return, refusal, and address errors. State who pays for a reship, what evidence is required, how long claims remain open, and where a valuable return goes.
For US-facing stores, the FTC’s merchandise shipping rule guide makes an awkward but important point: the retailer remains responsible for its shipment representations even when a fulfillment house or drop-shipper caused the failure. Your supplier can owe you a remedy; your customer still bought from you.
Product Standards Change by Industry
There is no universal “dropshipping certificate.” Rules depend on the product, user, claims, destination, and your role in placing it on the market.
The European Commission’s general product-compliance guidance outlines responsibilities for manufacturers, importers, distributors, and fulfillment providers, as well as technical documentation, instructions, conformity assessment, and CE marking where relevant. A PDF from a supplier must match the exact model, material, factory, and applicable standard.

Putting your brand on a product can increase your responsibilities. Highly regulated, ingestible, electrical, battery-powered, or children’s products need deeper professional review than a generic phone stand. A supplier’s experience with canvas bags does not qualify it for lithium batteries. Simple, but often forgotten.
Supplier Red Flags That Matter More Than a Low Price
Pause when a candidate:
-
Uses different company names on the license, invoice, contract, and bank without explanation
-
Refuses a paid sample
-
Gives a total quote but will not show included fees
-
Cannot identify the stock or dispatch location
-
Promises the same delivery time for every country and product
-
Substitutes variants or materials without approval
-
Sends test reports for another model or factory
-
Pushes payment away from the protected channel
-
Has no written policy for defects, loss, or wrong orders
-
Uses “factory,” “agent,” “warehouse,” and “carrier” as if they were one job
Poor English is not proof of a poor supplier. Beautiful English is not proof of a good one. Look for precise answers, visible limits, consistent documents, and useful action when something goes sideways.
Conclusion
The best Chinese dropshipping supplier is the one that fits the job you have now. Use low-commitment catalogs while demand is uncertain. Add an agent when sourcing, QC, bundles, or packaging need one owner. Pre-stock proven products with a 3PL when the data supports inventory.
Shortlist two or three options. Send the same brief. Verify the entities, buy samples, test real routes, and score a pilot. That is less glamorous than choosing a winner from a logo wall, but it works better.
If you already have a product link, target country, and expected volume, you can request a supplier sourcing and fulfillment quote and compare it against the same checklist.
FAQs About Chinese Dropshipping Suppliers
1. What is the best Chinese dropshipping supplier in 2026?
There is no universal winner. CJdropshipping or AliExpress can suit early testing; a private agent can suit multi-supplier or branded operations; Alibaba can suit custom production; and a China 3PL can suit stable inventory. Choose by product, stage, destination, integration, compliance, and landed cost.
2. How do I find a reliable dropshipping supplier in China?
Write a clear product and fulfillment brief, compare several providers, verify the legal entity, buy samples, test the actual route, and run a limited pilot. Reliability is repeated product, stock, dispatch, tracking, and remedy performance—not a profile badge.
3. What is the difference between a Chinese supplier, dropshipping agent, and 3PL?
A supplier makes or sells products. An agent finds and coordinates suppliers and may inspect, pack, and ship orders. A 3PL stores inventory you own and fulfills orders. One company can perform several roles, but the contract should name each responsibility.
4. Is CJdropshipping better than AliExpress?
CJ offers a more integrated catalog, sourcing, fulfillment, and optional inventory workflow. AliExpress offers a very large marketplace with seller-level choice. Either can work for testing. Compare the exact product, processing, route, tracking, packaging, and after-sales terms rather than the platform names alone.
5. Can I use Alibaba for dropshipping without buying in bulk?
Sometimes. Individual Alibaba suppliers may accept samples, small test orders, or consumer fulfillment, but many focus on production quantities. If a factory will not ship individual orders, an agent or warehouse can receive the batch and fulfill it.
6. Is 1688 cheaper than Alibaba, and do I need an agent?
1688 listing prices can be lower because it serves China’s domestic market. Overseas buyers often need Chinese communication, local payment, receiving, QC, consolidation, and export support. Compare the final landed cost; the cheaper listing does not always create the cheaper delivered order.
7. Which China dropshipping suppliers have no MOQ?
Many catalog platforms and marketplace sellers allow one-unit orders. POD products are commonly made one at a time. Custom boxes, formulas, molds, materials, or factory production usually have separate MOQs. Ask about the product, logo, label, and packaging MOQ individually.
8. Which Chinese suppliers offer private labels and custom packaging?
Many managed providers, factories, POD companies, and 3PLs offer labels, inserts, bags, boxes, or product customization. Availability and MOQ depend on the component. Approve artwork and a physical sample, then map each packaging item to the correct SKU before launch.
9. How can I verify that a Chinese supplier is legitimate?
Request its Chinese business license and credit code. Check the official company registry, then match the entity to the contract, invoice, platform account, and payment beneficiary. Legal existence does not prove product capability, so verify that separately with samples and production evidence.
10. How long does shipping from a Chinese dropshipping supplier take?
No single number is responsible. Total time includes procurement, receiving, QC, packing, carrier handoff, customs, and last mile. Test the exact SKU, packed weight, destination, and route, then publish a delivery range based on recent results.
11. Can a China supplier integrate with Shopify or TikTok Shop?
Many platforms and agents support Shopify, and some support TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Etsy, or APIs. Confirm the supported country and account type. Test SKU mapping, inventory updates, cancellations, duplicate prevention, tracking upload, and data export before relying on automation.
12. Should a new store use a private dropshipping agent?
Not always. A store with no proven demand may learn more cheaply through a low-commitment catalog and samples. An agent becomes valuable when you need 1688 sourcing, several factories, stronger QC, branded packaging, bundles, reserved stock, or better exception handling.
13. Who pays duties when a supplier ships DDP?
Under DDP, the seller generally handles import clearance and duties to the named destination. The agreement must define the place and scope, and the arrangement must comply with local customs rules. Confirm the importer and paperwork instead of relying on a message saying “tax included.”
14. How should returns and defective products be handled?
Agree before launch on evidence, claim deadlines, refund, credit, reship, return address, and who pays. Low-value items may be refunded without an international return; higher-value products may justify local return handling. Your store remains responsible for the customer-facing policy.
15. When should I pre-stock products with a China 3PL or overseas warehouse?
Consider it when demand is repeatable, a few SKUs drive most orders, supplier procurement causes delays, and the margin can support inventory. Start with a small batch, track sell-through, set a reorder point, and place destination stock only where concentrated demand supports it.
